This is a must stop for foodies and anyone who enjoys a good bbq meal. 5 stars across the board! Tasty brisket, Mac n cheese, cornbread, pulled pork, sliders..everything we ordered was mouth watering. The sweet tea was perfect! Loved the ambiance. Felt like I was dining in a cozy decorated outdoor patio. My kids age 3 to 21 also loved this place.

This place is truly awesome! The food the customer service every one there is truly amazing! I had the small brisket platter which was filled with so much food it was so good! My husband had the catfish and my mother had the ribs she had so much food she asked for a Togo plate. I say all this to say the portions are everything! You definitely won't be disappointed! The banana pudding was incredible! We can't wait to return and other things on the menu. Thank you MeMa's Chick'n' & Ribs you made our experience one we will always remember, See you soon 😊 😉🙏🏾

**Dont mind we were already picking at the food before pictures! Stopped by Mema’s Chicken & Ribs and ordered the Pork Rib Big Plate with added catfish, plus beans and fries for the sides. We also grabbed the mac & cheese and cornbread. Everything was excellent. The ribs were juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, and the sauce paired perfectly with the smoke from the meat. The catfish was fried just right with a crispy crunch on the outside while staying flaky and flavorful on the inside. The beans were hands down some of the best I’ve had , memas does them differently, and it shows. The cornbread was thick, fluffy, and topped with a sweet glaze . The mac & cheese was that classic baked style done right, with flavor in every bite from the noodles to the cheese. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made everyone feel at home. From the warm greeting when you walk in to the smoked ribs hitting your table, Mema’s delivers a great experience all around. If you’re looking for good food and good people, you can’t go wrong with Mema’s Chicken & Ribs. We’ll definitely be back.

The best experience ever! It was like having dinner with family! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming. Fred & Myra are warm & welcoming the minute you walk in the door. The brisket slider melt in your mouth everything comes out hot! It's so good we drove from Lillington, NC two days in a row!

We literally haven't even left the restaurant yet, and I just have to rave about how delicious this was! We ordered the fried mushrooms appetizer which was unique because it was sliced mushrooms. The batter was delicious with the mushrooms being lightly fried, and they stayed crispy the entire time which is awesome for fried food. We ordered a large fried shrimp platter, and these are probably the best fried shrimp I've ever had! My fiance really liked the coleslaw as well and the fries. We also ordered the small pulled pork platter with fried okra. The pulled pork was so tasty that it didn't even need the barbecue sauce that came with it! The fried okra was crispy and delicious. We were thought we were finished and full until one of the owners came by the table to ask us about dessert. This blueberry cobbler was the best, and it came with cinnamon ice cream too. There also was an amazing chocolate layered cake- the chocolate ganache on top was perfectly balanced with the cake. The interior of the restaurant is welcoming with lots of different sized tables and fun lights (the mini whisky barrel lights are so cute!).
